? ? ? 這是你職涯藍(lán)圖中的理想工作，還是你只是來過個(gè)水？如果計(jì)畫繼續(xù)待在這里，刻畫出你的成長，例如，現(xiàn)在面試的是專員（account executive），5年后你希望自己成為總監(jiān)（account director），負(fù)責(zé)那些具體客戶。計(jì)畫不確定沒關(guān)系，但要讓面試官理解你對(duì)這份工作的重視，至少會(huì)穩(wěn)定在這里多久的時(shí)間。

? ? ? ?硬把優(yōu)點(diǎn)說成弱點(diǎn)，讓人覺得虛假、無法意識(shí)到自己的問題?；卮饝?yīng)該要誠實(shí)而有策略：合理說明自己的弱點(diǎn)，一定要補(bǔ)充為了改善，正進(jìn)行那些努力。比起陳述情緒上的弱點(diǎn)，陳述自己不擅處理的狀況，更容易被接受。
